North Andover, MA

Royal Crest reimagined. Situated at the gates of historic North Andover, the project envisions a mixed-use community offering a dynamic live-work-play district. Housing, retail, office, and hospitality uses compliment the walkable, pedestrian friendly master plan centered around vibrant public park space designed with North Andover’s residents in mind.

The project will provide quality rental and for sale homes, including luxury residential, 40B affordable and 55+ age restricted housing. A mix of architectural typologies including apartment buildings and townhomes composed in a New England aesthetic will establish an inclusive neighborhood for existing Royal Crest tenants and future North Andover residents.

A collection of retail uses imagines new restaurants and boutiques, as well as a quality grocer and community market. Located in the base of mixed-use residential buildings, these businesses will activate the street and public spaces throughout the site. An office component is planned as a later phase to provide demanded workspace to the community.

Open Space

Ample green space will be preserved as a wide, natural buffer to single-family homes adjacent to the project. Walking paths will circle the site, meandering through 14-acres of dense woods and protected wetlands. In addition to creating an outdoor escape for the community, the wetlands will also sustainably address storm water management on site
